UPCOMING OUTREACH 
PANCAKE BREAKFAST: JANUARY 25TH FROM 9-11
Below is a glimpse of our volunteer help as well as a little about how that looks the day of . We are so blessed to have this amount of help. Other church family will be present as well. This was just the help from the missions team! Again, we are so blessed. We will be contacting each of you about the area you are signed up to serve in but here is a brief look at the Pancake Breakfast.

Set Up Team: Arrival by 8 would be ideal. Pastor and Lindsey will arrive by 7am. Please feel free to arrive anytime after that.
Some set up will be taking place during the week. Tables, table covers, serving dishes, etc.  Thank you for signing up to set up and prepare for our guests

Cooking Team: Cooking should begin by 7 for those signed up to cook. We will connect individually with those signed up to cook. Depending on the traffic of community that shows up, cooking will continue through event time as needed.

Serving Team: We will connect individually with those who signed up to serve our guests. Our goal is to serve our guests the best we can from greeting them downstairs, replenishing drinks and table cleanup throughout event. We want them to feel taken care of, loved and seen. Those who signed up for serving will be looking for ways through out event to make them feel at home as well as replenishing food table, plates, drinks, eating utensils, etc. Thank you for signing up to serve!

Clean up Team: Clean up will start at 11:15 for those who signed up. If you are only coming to clean up you can arrive around 11-11:15. We will clean up without rushing our guests from tables. Cleanup can start at food table so leftover food can be packed and send home with our guests before they leave. All tables will remain the same in fellowship hall as well as the chairs. Table clothes get bagged so they can be washed and all serving items just returned to kitchen. Garbage's can be loaded in elevator for easy removal.
